Modern telecom office reception in Hyderabad featuring an artificial green wall, contemporary reception desk, visitor waiting area, and clean geometric detailing.

Deepija Telecom Pvt. Ltd

Deepija Telecom is a 13,000 sq.ft., 200-seat office in Hyderabad planned around efficient movement, team organisation, and improved workflow. Clean geometry, contemporary colours, and selectively used brand accents give the workplace a modern identity, while the reception and collaboration areas introduce a more relaxed and engaging character.

Designing a 200-seat office begins long before colours, finishes, and furniture are selected. For Deepija Telecom, the layout became the foundation of the entire project.

The 13,000 sq.ft. bare-shell office needed to accommodate two MDs, each managing a different team. Their cabins were therefore positioned separately, with the respective team workstations placed directly outside each office. Dedicated meeting rooms were also planned close to both cabins, allowing the two teams to function independently while remaining connected within one workplace.

Junior and executive workstations, meeting rooms, cabins, the reception, cafeteria, and collaboration areas were arranged around clear circulation routes. This planning improved movement across the office and supported a more efficient everyday workflow without compromising the required seating capacity.

The visual language follows clean geometry and a contemporary colour palette. Brand colours were introduced wherever they complemented the design, without restricting the office to a fixed corporate palette. The primary work areas maintain the focused and professional character required by a telecom company.

The reception and collaboration areas offered an opportunity to introduce a more relaxed expression. An artificial green wall, reception desk, and visitor waiting area create a welcoming entrance, while colourful seating and peg tables give the collaboration zones a less formal character. These spaces provide a visual and functional break from the structured workstation areas.

The design was completed in one month, followed by three months of execution consultation involving site visits, material selection, and coordination with contractors and vendors. The completed office reinforces the importance of beginning every workplace project with a carefully resolved layout - because when teams, movement, and daily functions are planned correctly, the rest of the design can perform more effectively.

In a large workplace, the layout is not simply the first design decision - it is the framework that determines how efficiently people, teams, and spaces function together.
